About Us - Vision

We have a vision of a place where the hurting, the hopeless, the discouraged, the depressed, the frustrated and the confused can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance, and encouragement.

We have a vision of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with the thousands of residents of Cabarrus County.

We have a vision of members growing together in spiritual maturity through Worship, Bible studies, seminars, retreats, and fellowship--loving, laughing, and learning together, understanding God's wonderful plan and living life to its greatest potential.

We have a vision of sending out career missionaries and church workers all around the world, and sending out our members on short term mission projects to every continent.

We have a vision of starting new churches of similar mission.

We have a vision of multiple acres of land on which will be built a regional church for Cabarrus County--with beautiful yet efficient facilities... including a worship center, counseling center, classrooms for Bible study, and a professional recreational center. All of this will be designed to minister to the total person--spiritually, emotionally, physically, and socially--and set in a peaceful, inspiring garden setting with bright flowers, beautiful trees, and pools of still water, sparkling fountains, and flowing streams.

Mark 6:1-6

1Jesus left there and went to his hometown, accompanied by his disciples. 2When the Sabbath came, he began to teach in the synagogue, and many who heard him were amazed. "Where did this man get these things?" they asked. "What's this wisdom that has been given him, that he even does miracles! 3Isn't this the carpenter? Isn't this Mary's son and the brother of James, Joseph, Judas and Simon? Aren't his sisters here with us?" And they took offense at him. 4Jesus said to them, "Only in his hometown, among his relatives and in his own house is a prophet without honor." 5He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them. 6And he was amazed at their lack of faith.
